Facilities

Main Facility - Mountain View, California Operations

CSA's main facility in northern California has 27,000 square feet including 11,000 square feet of laboratory, assembly, integration and test space, and a Class 10,000 cleanroom. CSA Mountain View is located less than a mile from the company's original location and is the site where the majority of the company's standard and custom products are developed, built and tested. Engineers with experience in passive and active vibration damping, isolation, and suppression, mechanical design, finite element modeling, acoustics, shock, control design, actuation, hexapods, embedded control, pneumatics, magnetics, and electronics apply these capabilities in engineering services and custom product development for customers located throughout the world. While emphasizing the company's core aerospace business, the office serves semiconductor manufacturing and other industrial and commercial customers. The facility also supports major programs with on-site engineering in dynamic testing and embedded control software.

Albuquerque, New Mexico Operations

CSA's New Mexico office works closely with local aerospace customers including US Air Force organizations. Several engineers support work at Kirtland AFB. Engineering personnel in Albuquerque have expertise in the areas of mechanical design, finite element-based structural modeling and analysis, control system design, modeling, and simulation, structural static and dynamic testing, and composite structures. Main applications of these disciplines are precision optical structures and control systems, launch vehicles and satellites. Our facility includes 2000 square feet of laboratory space available for assembly, integration and test, and supports testbeds in optical beam control and vibration isolation.

Remote Facilities

Our Huntsville, Alabama location supports local government and commercial customers with structural dynamics, finite element, vibro-acoustic and control system modeling and design.

In the Los Angeles area we provide services to local customers in vibration, acoustics, control systems, simulation, and testing.

Our Medford, Oregon office works closely with Mountain View, primarily in the areas of SoftRide launch load alleviation systems and finite element modeling.
